Who am I ?

My name is Thomas, I’m Belgian, and I have been cultivating a passion for cinema and animation for as long as I can remember. Motivated by  relentless creativity, I found myself trying to learn about every aspect of those fields very early in my life, which later allowed me to apply for a cinematographic sound engineer license.
I specialise in film, voice and animation, mainly in sound post-production but I still do on-set recording. Yet, my passion still drives me to work on projects of all types, exploring every aspect of the art.

My Philosphy

I had the opportunity to work in intricate production conditions, which gave me true resilience and a deeper understanding of the challenges that may occur during both production and post-production. Every mission is an adventure where method and instinct need to coexist : I treat each project methodically, while although letting my intuition guide me when necessary. Every piece of work is a reflection of the director's vision, and my role is to highlight it in the best way possible, through respect and precision.

practical aspect

I work with industry-standard DAW such as Pro Tools, Reaper and Audition, using my professional home studio setup. For larger projects, I also have access to fully equipped postproduction studios.
Based in Belgium, I can travel to neighboring countries or further provided the logistics of the production allow it.

Over the years, I developed a great versatility and skills throughout the various projects I worked on : Animations, films and even video games contributes to a thriving environment which also allows me to tackle a great a many creative challenges. Each project is an opportunity to expand my skills and do my utmost. Right below, you can get a glimpse of my work and expertise.

MURDER DRONES (GLITCH PROD)

I mixed the French version of this cartoon.

NOUÉE (STUDENT FILM)

I created the original soundtrack for the film (except for the music, which I downloaded for free).

RWBY RESOUND

For training purposes, I recreated this fight scene and had my actor friends perform it.
