My name is Thomas, I’m Belgian, and I have been cultivating a passion for cinema and animation for as long as I can remember. Motivated by relentless creativity, I found myself trying to learn about every aspect of those fields very early in my life, which later allowed me to apply for a cinematographic sound engineer license. I specialise in film, voice and animation, mainly in sound post-production but I still do on-set recording. Yet, my passion still drives me to work on projects of all types, exploring every aspect of the art.


I had the opportunity to work in intricate production conditions, which gave me true resilience and a deeper understanding of the challenges that may occur during both production and post-production. Every mission is an adventure where method and instinct need to coexist : I treat each project methodically, while although letting my intuition guide me when necessary. Every piece of work is a reflection of the director's vision, and my role is to highlight it in the best way possible, through respect and precision. 

I work with industry-standard DAW such as Pro Tools, Reaper and Audition, using my professional home studio setup. For larger projects, I also have access to fully equipped postproduction studios.
Based in Belgium, I can travel to neighboring countries or further provided the logistics of the production allow it.

L'homme Tournesol

2D micor-animation short film (2min). Sound design and mixing

Coup de circuit

2D animated short film (~5 min) — graduation project from HEAJ. Handled the entire audio pipeline: casting, dialogue editing, sound design, Foley recording in a professional studio, and final mix.

Florifast

3D animated short (30 sec) — student project from ESMA. Full sound design and final mix.

Documentary short — collaboration with an IHECS journalism student covering the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the Armenia-Azerbaijan war. Final mix only. Currently undistributed pending potential acquisition.

Le Mag des libertés

8-episode TV magazine.  Collaborative student production at HELB and IHECS. Mixed the final two episodes.

Fiction short — image student project. Full pipeline from on-set recording through to final mix. Emotionally intense film requiring careful sound work throughout.

Murder Drones

8-episode animated series by Glitch Productions. First French dub of the show - mixed remotely on Reaper across all episodes. Fast-paced production pipeline with tight deadlines and late deliveries, requiring constant adaptability. Key challenge: harmonizing significant microphone discrepancies between remote voice actors to deliver a cohesive, broadcast-ready mix

Fan dubbing project — full French dub of the trailer for the fun of it. Casting, voice direction and final mix. A personal favorite.
